A New Yorker by birth, a Midwesterner by marriage and a resident in Asia for six years by choice, Rebecca enjoys counseling and coaching couples and individual men and women wrestling with the management of change and transition that can happen in a lifetime.

Rebecca has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. The concentration of her program was in Marriage & Family Therapy interning at the Wilder Child Guidance Clinic in Minneapolis. Her approach to therapy is biopsychosoical utilizing cognitive/behavioral methodology, systems and collaborative approaches with her clients. Rebecca has trained extensively in Sex Therapy, Marital Therapy, Medical Family Therapy, Divorce Mediation, Transition Work, and the EMDR treatment approach to PTSD.

For the past fourteen years, Rebecca has been addressing topics on relationships, marital conflict, depression and anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and guiding the transition of change. This work has been carried out in individual and couples therapy as well as in groups, seminars and workshops.
